1. General Terms
By making a booking or down payment (DP) with Ocean Penida, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip (H-7) may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees depending on the service type.

Cancellations made within or less than 7 days (H-7) before the trip are non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of the reason (including personal issues, change of plans, or mild weather conditions).

No-shows on the day of departure are not eligible for any refund.
3. Refund Policy

The down payment (DP) or full payment is non-refundable after H-7.

Refunds for cancellations made earlier than H-7 are subject to a 10β20% administrative deduction.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via bank transfer within 7β14 business days.
4. Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 7 days before the departure date and are subject to availability.

Reschedules requested after H-7 are not allowed, and the payment will be forfeited.
5. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, port closures, government restrictions, or emergencies), schedules may be adjusted without additional charges, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

Ocean Penida reserves the right to decline refunds for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
